Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates

• Standard — $8, and free on orders of $50 or more.
• Express — $15.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, standard delivery takes roughly 15–30 days and express is typically 10–15 days.

Our pieces are made and shipped by our production partner overseas. That's what keeps the prices where they are, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We'd rather tell you that before you order than surprise you afterwards.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking often takes 3–5 days to start showing movement while the package clears its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delays

Customs processing, peak holiday periods, and carrier backlogs can add time. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 40 days after shipping, email us at clayharryhuynh@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it, and we can't refund packages returned to sender because of an incorrect address.
