Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

You have 30 days from delivery

Your return window starts the day your order arrives, not the day you place it. Delivery takes 15–30 days, so starting the clock at checkout wouldn't be fair to you.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered

Email us at clayharryhuynh@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to ship anything back to us. This one is on us.

If it doesn't fit, or you changed your mind

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reply with a return address. A few conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached.
  • Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service — we can only refund items that actually reach us.
  • Don't send anything back before emailing us. Returns that arrive without prior approval can't be processed.

Once your return arrives we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on two shipping cycles back to back. Email us and we'll help you sort it out.

Cancelling or changing an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it or fix the address free of charge. After that the order has usually gone to our fulfilment partner and can't be stopped — but you can still return it once it arrives.

If your order is lost or badly delayed

If tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 40 days after shipping, email us. We'll either send a replacement or refund you in full. You shouldn't have to chase a package you paid for.
